Community Guidelines

Building a safe, trusted, and respectful marketplace for all our families.

Our Core Principles

To ensure Second Space remains a welcoming place for everyone, we ask our community to uphold a few key values.

Treat all users with respect and courtesy.

Second Space is a tight community of mothers and fathers. We do not allow third party re-sellers.

Use clear and honest communication when posting an item for sale.

A content moderator may ban products that are prohibited and go against our policy. Products that are unrelated to babies will not be allowed.

Protecting Yourself

Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Follow these guidelines to ensure a secure experience.

Keep all chats relating to the sale within the app, this is for your own privacy and protection.

Protect your personal information. Avoid sharing your full name, cell number, email address or bank details.

If collecting a large item from a buyer’s home, we recommend going with someone who can assist you.

There is no need to provide credit card details to a buyer, selling on Second Space is free.
